Prestigious Development at Appleby Magna
We are proud to be supporting JAK Roofing with supplying Imery’s Beauvoises tiles in Chevreuse and Slate colours for a prestigious development in the quaint little village at Appleby Magna. With 50 bespoke homes being built in this stunning location, the Beauvoise tiles was the immediate choice of both developer and contractor.
The Imerys Beauvoise Interlocking Roof Tiles are manufactured at Imerys′ St Germer de Fly factory in northern France and is a small module interlocking clay roof tile. Designed to be laid broken bonded, they are an economical alternative to concrete plain tiles and clay plain tiles.
Its finesse, format and design offer modern good looks that are well suited to buildings both new and old.
A small elegant interlocking plain tile with an attractive thin leading edge, the Beauvoise provides a cost-effective solution with flexible roofing applications.
The Beauvoise is an innovative modern tile and has proved to be a natural alternative for new build or renovation projects with maintenance free dry fix options, available in four distinctive appealing colours.
Its unique design not only reduces materials and labour costs but over 50% batten savings. Combined with significant reduction in CO2 emissions and overall weight per square metre installed.
This is all achieved by its coverage of only 20.5 tiles per square meter and nominal variable batten gauge of 245mm making the Beauvoise a natural choice for your next project.
